Coaching young entrepreneurs on sustainability at the Social Impact Lab

Social Impact is the agency for social innovation in Germany. Through their different programs, projects, labs and services, they support social start-ups across Germany.

Enterprise Deine Gründungswerkstatt is a consultancy helping young people become entrepreneurs in the land of Brandenburg in Germany.

Social Impact Lab Potsdam together with Enterprise also aim at raising awareness among local start-ups on the issues of sustainable development and social entrepreneurship.

Mission and impacts

Developing and running workshops for the start-ups and individual entrepreneurs taking part in the Social Impact Lab Potsdam incubation programme. The aim of these workshops is to help entrepreneurs better understand what sustainability really means and why it matters to their business. These workshops are the first step in helping the local entrepreneurship community use business for good and seize new business opportunities.

Providing one-on-one coaching as well as consulting services to help entrepreneurs get a fresh and deep look at their projects and take action to deliver more value to more stakeholders through the integration of environmental and social aspects in their business model and operations.
